I help fellow gay men understand their emotions better, heal from past trauma, and grow their sense of self-worth so that they can enjoy the fulfilling life they deserve.

To start, we’ll create a customized plan for your counselling based on your needs and goals. Often, I’ll first teach clients some skills for understanding and managing emotions so that they can feel more in control and grounded early on. We’ll also explore your history so that we can do more advanced therapeutic work that focuses on getting you unstuck from your current challenges.
